IMPORTANT NOTICE To all Girl’s Fastpitch Managers and Coaches: In transitioning our calendar year for youth sanction viability from Jan 1 – Dec 31 to Sept 1 – Aug 31 we have encountered a few programming problems on the www.playnsa.com website.
§ Youth
teams with a new 2011 sanction number are unable to sign up online
on 2010 season tournaments previously created under the 2010 season
moniker that are still in the future for the remainder of 2010. Our directors therefore have created new tournaments under the “2010-2011” season listing similar to the ones they already have existing so that newly registered teams can sign up for tournaments that have been advertised since the beginning of the season. 2011 Sanctioned Teams: If you are a newly registered team select the “2010-2011 (Youth Only)” season on the tournament search when signing up for a tournament this fall.
2010 Sanctioned Teams: If you are a team with a 2010 sanction number select the "2010 (Adult & Youth) season when you sign up. The tournament will come up on either season when you go to search for it, but you will only be able to sign up for the one that corresponds to your sanction number. To see the complete list of teams in the tournament for that weekend you will have to go to both listings to view all the teams.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, and hopefully the problem will be ironed out in the very near future.
